Adjustable Bench

The adjustable bench is a piece of exercise equipment that is used to support the body during a variety of different exercises. It is designed to be adjustable in height and angle to accommodate different body sizes, weights and workout regimes. It can be used for a variety of exercises including chest, shoulder and back presses, as well as abdominal exercises.
